912E Clutch Cable Replacement
Ok, so I need some help from the experts out there. What is the physical difference between the 912E clutch cable and a 911 clutch cable from a '76 model year car? I can not seem to locate a distributor for the OEM 912E part number and wondering if the 911 equivalent would do the same.

The 912E and 911 cables are different, and, as you know the 912E cable is getting hard to find. Try www.masterautoparts.com and search part: POR039773 I have no affiliation with them, but ordered once and was very pleased. Be prepared for a high price, as these particular cables have always been expensive compared to all the other Porsche clutch cables. Good luck, Bill. |
