That would be a 061 which was a vacuum retard distributor for a 68 that can be remove. Then it would be the same as the 031 which was an alternative Euro Distributor for 69.

I have never done the conversion. But I understand there is a lot involved to do so - recurved, weights, and etc..
Since he wants the non-retard one. Then he has to get the 031. There are three versions of the 031. Types 1, 2, and 3. The newer third type he doesn't want. If advertised as new in the box 031. Then it is probably a type 3. I have never seen a type 3. But I understand that they are a little more rounded on the bottom edge. Don Marks at Parts Obsolete could tell you.
