912 1969

HI

I need a wiring diagram for 912 1969 the one from 1968 don't show what I' looking for. Or if any body in this forums nows where I connect a black/violet wire that comes off a relay like box located by the voltage regulator. There is another black/violet that the violet are in dots, this is the tacho wire but the other the violet color is a strip on black.

There is not a wiring diagram for a 69 912. You have to use the early one and the 69 911 together.

Miguel, Try the 912 BBS, with the pictures in the help section. There are several 69 912 owners on there and they will be able to help you. I only work on the early cars. There are three different purple and black wires in the 69's 911 diagram one for the tach, one for the wiper motor/switch (same for the 912), and one from the light switch to the small combo instruments cluster.
