67 912 wiring for electric fuel pump

install a electric fuel pump whats best place (drivers side on top back corner?) and wiring what color would the 12v wire be.

need it wiried so when key on its on and key off its off

will i have to run a wire up to fuse box ,

know a 12v hot wire will have to be picked up from the ignition.

If it is install in the back by the engine compartment. Then you can use the hot wire to the coil.

Some like to put their fuel pumps in the smugglers box. While others in the rear by the engine. I prefer where the factory put them. It also depends which kind pump you are using, some push the fuel and some pull the fuel.
