Those seats look like Flo-Fits.
Had a set in my old 912.
GREAT seats, you'll enjoy them.

Update on the inter latch panal and rocker panels. I didn't like the way the rocker panel lined up with the doors so I made a skin to go over the top of the replacement panel check it out.

I have one more piece rust I what to replace hopefully the last.

Hopefully the next post will be filler work and Primer.

Thanks
The body filler I am using is a evercoat system. I am using a 4 step process. From right to left metal cleaner, fiber tech, evercoat z-grip and metal glaze.

I used a green scratch pad and clean the area to be worked on. Any repaired area I start with the fiber tech it has Kevlar in it for extra strength. It almost looks like fiberglass.

I plan on using a lot of the z-grip to get everything nice and straight. The metal glaze I use on the z-grip to get the fine scratches. I used all 3 on this panel

Very nice Jerry. Keep the pics coming. It's been a few years since I did bodywork. It's fun watching someone else get all dusty, err, I mean do nice work.

Glad to finally have them done.

Too bad that the exhaust opening is going to be on the wrong side. It normally comes out on the drivers side. This is probably because of the VW type engine and exhaust..

Very nice work on the body.

Thanks the exhaust is nothing a welder can't cure if I stay with this motor for any length of time I will change it.
Here is some more filler work. This little bit took almost 4 hrs its a lot of work and I had put the fiber filler on the day before.

Thanks to my buddy Marshall for all the hard work this weekend. My baby has primer. I'm very happy.

Now all that's left is
2 hoods
2 fenders
2 doors
3 bumpers
1 license plate metal thing

Looks great! That's always one of the best moments when you can stand back and look at a nice coat of primer on top of all of that hard work.

Thanks the original color was irish green but I just don't like that color. I'm thinking blue metallic. I saw this car at the ventura car show it a 70 color 334.

I plan on leaving the dash the original color.
