Seatbacks slip

I'm running a pair of '68 seats with headrests in my 65. The driver side seat has a split in it so I'm thinking about recovering them. The problem is the seat backs on both seats will sometimes slip back when I hit a bump it is very annoying. Is there a fix for this, I don't want to invest in seat covers with resolving this issue.

Thanks Mike

i think i'd expose the mechanism and figure out the cause first. there might be an easier DIY solution.
