Mating a T4 with a 70/71 pull-type transmisson
 

I've got the engine/trans out and am ready to go to the next step of the project, but am currently hung up on the clutch setup.
It looks like I can use the T4 flywheel and friction disk, but the 70/71 clutch cover(and TO bearing/fork/cable setup) won't attach to these.

Someone on another board said they sucessfully reversed the pivot pin but they haven't posted in a while.
Is anyone familiar with this mod?
