Porsche Crest Quarter Glass Seal

I finished chipping out the old brittle seal, but I am having a hard time getting the new seal in place. Does anyone know any good tricks to install the new seal?

Thanks for any help.

Are you using a OEM gasket? If you are. It should fit fairly easy with a little silicon spray for lubrication. If you are not using a OEM gasket, then good luck. You may have to do some trimming for it to fit.
