Cool Ordered Some New Carpet And A Cover!

Well I now have a brand new RS Carpet Kit on the way from Original Fit Interiors. I ordered it in black plush, hopefully it will look good. I'll definitaly be glad to get rid of those rear seats!

Also ordered a nice 100% cotton cover for the car. It sits in my father's garage all winter but it's coming out in April again so I'll be able to cover it up and keep the sunshine and rain off of it this summer. (That won't happen often because I'll be driving it most of the time!)

Just thought I'd share that stuff with you folks since the board seems kind of slow.

Hopefully all of this stuff will be here by next Friday.

Porsche Crest Original interiors?

Question,
Does Original interiors have a web site or catalog? I'm planning my interior and am reviewing all options.
Thank you,
Chas

Nope they don't have a website and he basically doesn't do any Internet dealings. However there is usually an ad in the back of Excellence every month showing his stuff.

69-912, if you don't mind me asking, what did you have to give for the rs carpet set. I really want to do that to my 911.

Maka: If I'm not mistaken I think it was $240 shipped. I got the mid grade carpet. He has some thats more expensive and some that slightly cheaper.

What exactly does the RS carpet kit come with? How does it differ from the normal carpet kit?

Josh: To my understanding it's a rgualr carpet kit (however lighter weight carpet) and instead of having the back seats in the car you remove them and it makes a large carpeted panel in the back. I chose this mainly because my rear seats are in rough condition and I would rather just have the whole area carpeted then to spend the money having the seats re-done. The kit should hopefully be in in one more week and I'll let you guys know how it turns out for sure
