Question 69 Bulkhead Measurements

Please help!
If you have a 69 912 that has the trunk fiber bulkhead covering the fan blower and hoses please measure the overall width of the fiberboard bulkhead and the distance between the left and right sets of mounting screws.

I bought a 69 912 bulkhead off of E-bay but it is about 3-1/2 inches too narrow to fit my mounting bracket screws and about the same or more in overall width. Yet it looks exactly like the ones I have seen in pictures. Any ideas??

Thanks for your help.

PS Does any one have the right one for sale??

RonD

Ron,

I measure 490mm cneter to center on the mounting holes and 890mm overall length of the fiberboard cover.

Overall length might be off just a little bit as my cover is falling apart if I look at it wrong.

I hope you can return your e-bay purchase, or was it an "all sales final" deal??

I tend to shy away from those type sales just for reasons like this.

Smile E-bay purchase

Craig:
The person offered to refund the money but I will keep it since the brackets are useable and I did not pay that much for it. I'll just have to fabricate the panel out of aluminum if I have to. He bought it for his 67 which did not have any panel or mounting brackets, in the end he did not use it and I bought it.

I have purchased many items for my 912 off E-bay and never had a problem.

Thanks,
Ron
