I noticed it last night. If the price stays down, I might just buy it. SOOOO tempting.

What is the going rate for a tool kit?
I'd love to buy it, looks great, but it's too rich for me at the moment!!

Cool

Wow those tool kits bring some serious money. I could build a nice MATCO kit for that much heh

Glad you sold it though.

I Want A Tool Kit!

Missed getting it! Could not get back to top the winner. I will pay $350-375 for a 1968-69 912 kit in good condition. Please contact me off board @ NO911NV@aol.com

1. If you really wanted it to go to someone here then you would only sell it here!

2. ebay can advertise itself. Shame on anybody who uses the internet or this bbs and doesn't know ebay exists.

OUCH! That was harsh, dude. And on your first posting! I have to say that I agree with you. I don't begrudge anyone a profit, but there are plenty of buyers out here (on this board and others like it) that would have picked it up for $300-400. I view ebay as a last resort. You will never see me selling anything that I don't need on ebay unless it hasn't first been peddled for a while on the 912 Registry, Pelicans BBS or just in sreading the word to the 912 Brothers.

I had no idea those kits were so valuable

Mine is 90% complete, missing that box looking wrench and 1 other piece. Everything is marked made in Germany so I take it as all original.
