POLO engine 912 almost done.

The new exhaust system weighs 14.4 pounds. The old 911 muffler alone weighed 23.5 pounds.

Here is the original Ultra Blue color the 69 912 came in. It's going back to that color.

Engine installed. Heat! Hope to start in the next day or so.
Trans got 2 different gears, syncros, bearings, and a aluminum intermediate plate.

I saw a 69 912 with a Polo engine the other day. It is yellow like your 67 but has some interesting bits like early door handles and a gas heater. Who built this car?
