All right..how does it come off?

I'm trying to get the horn to work on a stock 1966 912 steering wheel, and the only place I haven't checked is under the button, before I break it off,how is it supposed to be removed?

Thanks,Steve

Hi

For my Porsche 912 (66) The horn button is sprung loaded and twists onto the steering wheel. Basically push straight down on the horn and twist about 45 degrees anti clockwise (I think) which will release the horn button. Check the condition of the horn contact switch - Sometimes the answer to faulty horns!
