Intermittent Wiper Hookup

My car came without the intermittent wiper option, so I purchased a relay, dash knob & harness off Ebay. I have a wiring schematic which indicates what each wire attaches to but not the where. The picture shows the relay in the general area of the firewall with fresh blower etc. removed. The triple connector goes to the dash knob, the brown goes to ground, and the blue/white goes to the motor.

There are four leads on the relay harness, shown by the green circles that I cannot determine their attachement points.

Also, where does the relay itself reside.

Has anyone done this before or have a picture that shows hookup points.

Any help much appreciated.
