Solex p40ii rebuilding

Hello,

I trying to get reliable source for rebuilding my solex p40 carburetor, any suggestion?

Harry has been re-manufacturing Porsche carbs for nearly 50 years. You will have to set the floats/dial them in to your engine yourself.

I've had good luck with email. As far as I know, he's a 'one man show' in which case, he probably is busy in the shop.

356carburetorrescue.com Though I never had my carbs rebuilt with them, I have purchased tools and parts and got lots of free advice.

i'm glad you have good result with 356carb... may i ask how much they charge to rebuilt your carb?
i just got a quote from harry bieker and it was pretty good.

I haven't had my carbs rebuilt by 356 carb rescue, but I think prices are on their website.
