Question 68 912 Wiring harness

Hi Folks,

Anyone know if someone makes a complete wiring harness for a 68 912? Just bought one with a great body and undercarriage but the wiring is stiff and brittle throughout. Just curious to see if there was something out there.

Thanks in advance!!

Bill

Check out YnZs Yesterdays Parts, they make top quality harnesses. They're a little pricey but from what I hve heard really nice. I have them making up one for my 65. Takes about 6 weeks. I have been searching for a long time and they are the only company that reproduces these harnesses. $1645.00 plus shipping...ouch!, but sure is better than hard, frayed, cut, broken, screwed up, ugly, dangerous wires that only work when they want to.

Good Luck!!!!

Unhappy Wiring Harness

WOW! I was thnking maybe $300-400 or so. I may learn to live with the old wires at those prices! Thanks for the info. I think I'll keep looking around.

Look in the 911 part of the forum. There is a guy making harnesses for 911 and if you send him your. he can build a new one from it. Quality is supposed to be top notch and prices quite fair.
