031 distributor timing
 

Hello,

Can some one tell me what is the static timing on a 031 distributor for my 68 912?

And also, what is the dynamic timing for the same?

The same as the original 022.

3 degrees BTDC static

5-14 degrees at 1000 rpm
13-18 degrees at 1250 rpm
21-26 degrees at 2000 rpm
29-34 degrees at 3000 rpm
30-35 degrees at 3100 rpm

Hopefully the 031 is one of the type 1 or 2 and not the third type that is not made in Germany.
