Oil Cooler Installation

Is there a torque spec somewhere for the three nuts that hold the oil cooler to the crankcase? I removed the oil cooler to chase down a leak on my late 67 (with the later style oil cooler). The cooler passed a pressure test, there are no visible cracks in that vicinity of the crankcase, and the gaskets didn't look distorted or cracked. What about using gasket sealer on new gaskets when I re-install the cooler?
