Leave Floor Pans in original beige or go Black SKS stoneguard
Hello Pelican.....
I have a low mileage well looked after 69 The floor pans and wheel wells are in incredibly good shape. But, everywhere I look I see guys redoing the floor pans with black colored Wurth undercoating or Wurth SKS stoneguard. The factory undercoating is not the prettiest... the tan / beige color for the floor pans and black in the wheel wells and everywhere else But, it the way it came from the factory in 69. Yes doing everything in Black SKS stone guard looks beautiful. But, i kinda like keeping it the way it came from the factory. What do you think? Thanks. Doug |

Hi Doug - I'm of the mindset that unless it really does need to be replaced, I leave it in as it came from the factory - since you have a low mileage 69', I would keep it as original as possible until time comes to start replacing necessary items....just my 2 cents. Other members will likely chime in as well.
