The car will be headed for paint pretty soon and then I will consider putting it up for sale after I cruise it for a bit. Then headed to a new project.

What a great color!
I am looking for a good rebuild shop for my Solex carbs....

Have you been happy with the quality of the rebuild from Carb Rescue?
Thanks. Doug

Doug, the car runs great. I think you should Refer to “Jerry” who actually had the engine work completed. On this 912 forum there is one titled “Jerry’s engine rebuild” where he discusses the carb rebuild and adjustments. You can also PM him as he monitors this site periodically. He can provide true feedback and opinion on your question. RRC

What's the chassis number? Reason I ask is that's a '65-'66 solid rear engine mount, not the '67 and later rubber mount. You may have a '66 there, titled when sold in '67.

My car was built in 66 but dated a 67. I assume like many of the end of year cars they share parts to the newer years. It’s pretty common in all the 50-60s cars that Porsche made. Just a guess though you could be right.
