The one for the Pelican site didnt work but the other one did. I went to the local hardware store and bought 4 small I think they are brass or copper pipes about 2 inches long and 4 matching caps to go with them and put those in the holes. However, I hear a very strange noise when I accelerate now and I am thinking I should have filled those little pipes with something to make them solid. Will it make any difference having the air space in the tubes? Could this be the noise I am hearing? Any help would be great. I am not driving it because of this as the engine is all fresh.

I used 10mm valve adjusting screws. These make a more uniform surface on the inside of the exhaust chamber. If you just plugged it then you likely left a long pit that acts like a sort of beer bottle when you blow over the top of it. Just an idea.

I had a guy come over the other night and he is going to make me some plugs from solid stock and thread them so they will bottom out and not extend into the valve area. Thanks for all the tips and advice.
