odometer question PLEASE
Hello, I recently bought a 1974 914, odometer says 99500 exactly. Is that the mechanical limit or did it just happen to break there ????????????????

they always break around 100 K

I seem to remember there is a plastic gear in the back of the odometer that makes it go

Many people repair themselves and make it look great. We bought all the parts to repair and backdate gauges for our 911 builds. With online directions and YouTube videos, it can easily be done at home.
