chassis stiffening kit do they work?
I keep on seeing these kits do they really work? if they work should I also get the rear arms...thanks.

Yes, they really work when installed correctly (ie, welded on correctly). However, In my opinion they are not needed for the everyday street car or even the occasional auto-x/Solo II car. They are only needed for track cars and serious auto-x cars.
