Computer help?
 

Hi All -
I have a wierd problem that I thought this group my be able to help me with. I just upgraded from Office 97 to Office 2000. Everything works great - except I can no longer save a file as a jpeg while in the Paint program. I used the "stretch/skew" feature to shrink large pictures so that I can post them on this forum, and have used this program to quickly manipulate photo's (circle things, arrow, lable, etc). I now can only save them as .bmp downloads that don't work have of the time.
Any ideas? there is nothing in the MS help section at all.

Do you mean its not in the drop down list of possible file formats or it corupts the files when saved and it can no longer open?

If its no longer an option some other program is now the prefered JPEG editor...like a fax viewer or sumthin.

Or the program that provided the JPEG filter got creamed in the upgrade.

This program works really well and is easy to use. You cna save a file in any format with it, as well as perform some manipulation-and the best part is that it's truly free!
