clutch options

ok i searched the board for an answer and got a little more confused

i need a clutch and i dont have the money for a pressure plate, how important is it to replace it ( if no visible damage ) and i found a 215 mm bus plate for a 70 to 75 ( i think ) for 69 bucks, or about half price of a porsche one will it work right and hold about 170 hp, if not abused by dropping clutch

from what i have read the stock clutch will hold what i need, but will the bus plate with a porsche ( sachs ) disc

i hate to not support pelican but i cant afford to pay 125 bucks, besides i think i have spent about what i paid for the car at pelican
