Oil Pressure Sender

Noticed the light on my dash wasn't working today for the oil pressure. Got out, pulled the wire from the sender right behind the dizzy and grounded it. Yep light on the dash went on, so I knew it must be the sender has seen better days. I stopped into my local Autozone and picked up a new unit for about $10. Well I went to put it in and noticed my old one was a 22mm not a 24mm and when I tried to install the new one it wouldn't screw in. Looking at the two units, the old one has a bit finer threads and just slightly small screw in.

The one that was in my car is a FAE 11060 unit, can't seem to find them anywhere. Anyone have some info on why this would be in my 2.0 and not the normal one?

Thanks,

Brian
