Factory DOT stickers - available?
I was just curious as to wether or not the factory DOT door sticker can be procured. And if so, how/who would you be able to get the perferated serial number stamped on.

wow only a beer - AA would charge me $20 S&H for a 50 cent gasket. Sounds like a deal.
As far as interest, I would think if you were able to perferate the number in the decal, there might be limited interest for people who are repainting their cars. To me, thats the fastest tip off to see if a car has been resprayed. Either slight over spray on the decal, or the paint level sits higher than the decal. Probally wouldnt be too hard to convince people redoing their cars on this board to purchase them. But, Im not that number would warrant making them. |
