Jack plate question
Man alive, today i was taking off one of the jack plates untill i ran into a problem. As i was grinding away the welds, i looked up and was puzzled as to how to get the top part taken off. Also, it appears as if there are plates behind it, however they are rusted too, how should i go about fixing it??
