Tires
Who makes the best tires for our cars? I have a '75 with the Riveria wheels.

It depends on what type of driving you want to do. For auto-x and drivers ed events, I'm running Kuhmo VictoRacer's (205x50-15) and am very happy with them. They are very sticky and predictable. I also get good tire life out of them (over 1 season of events). If you want daily driver tires then I defer to someone who drives their 914 daily. I keep the Kuhmo's on full time but only drive it once in a while.

I'd say go for those Sumitomo's - I think they are H-something-200's
I have them on my car (195/60's) and they work great. Good tire for a great price. If you're off to the races, you need to find something different. Later, Tom |
