part identification
This is the part that fell out of the steering column when i removed the directional and wiper switches, it fell to the floor.

It appears to be one of the contacts for the headlight or turn signal, but I'd have to go out in the heat and open my trailer of spare parts to be sure. I don't think this part should have fallen out, but then Pappy has been wrong before.
