Distributors

Hi all
I have 2 GB engines one with distributor 039 905 205 and the other with 039 905 205A
Does anyone know the differences between these distributors.
thanks

In Pelican's online catalog the USA and European piston and cylinder sets have the same part number except that the USA p/c's have an A tacked on the end of the part number. Could it be that the A at the end of a part number denotes a part for a US model car?

The 'A' tacked onto the end of a part number means that the part has been revised. The letters go on, and some parts are up to 'H' or even more.
