PNW 914meet results!
Hey guys thanks to those who made! We only ended up with 14 914's but the event was a blast! I was expecting 20 cars & hoping fro closer to 30. So I was a bit disappointed by that. The group of guys we had were great though. A special thanks to Brad Roberts who drove up to the event from Novato CA. Also a special thanks to our sponsors Gary Emory from Parts Obselete , Craig Laughlin from Camp914 & also Pelican for letting us post the event here on the BBS.
The event was tons of fun & we had some Beautiful 914's there. Phillip Haun has a beautiful flared 914 with a Buick conversion along with air intake & a 944 front bumper(I think). That is one sweet looking car! Also Tom Wilkensons original 914-6 is a thing to behold. All original although he had the engine beefed up to a 2.5 that dynoed at 190 horse. We saw Jim Chambers 34,000 original paint beauty (he just bought another 6 off ebay last thursday). Also Craig Laughlin came down in his latest purchase. A beatiful Yellow 2.0 with the biggest flares I've seen on a 914 in person. He had like 10" rims on the back ![]() ![]() Oh yeah that is my car ![]() Shameless plug ![]() All in all the day was awesome & we look forward to many more!
