Next problem

When ever I hit the brake pedal or use my turn signals, I lose all my gauges and my generator light turns on.

When I got home, I checked my fuses and one of them was burnt out.

Unfortunatly I don't know what it goes to.

The fuse box cover has the letter K next to it and a box with 6 vertical lines and one horizantal line.

What is this fuse for and is it the cause of my problem?

Thanks

Adam

Ground issue.

Probably in one of the bulbs in the back end of the car, or the wiring is messed up in one of the tail lights.

One other thought - It might be a bulb in the rear which has too high a wattage rating. This combined with a cheated fuse could do what you are describing.

Replace the fuse, it should be the 4th from the right side, S9.

Had same problem. It was one of the wires for the taillights.

After I replaced the bulb holder I was damned if I could get all the wires to fit back in the tail light bucket. Guess I pinched one.

PS. If your losing your speedo too it might be somethin else!? ;)

I get the exact same problem every once in a while. Replace the 4th fuse from the right (even if it dosen't look blown). This should solve the problem.
