1973 2.0

Hi, I'm looking at puchasing a 914...I have NO experience with Porsche though...I
have done numerous restos on Mustangs in the past and want to try a 914...I have
found a 73 914/4 2.0... the chassis seems to be sound but both doors and both front
and rear decks will need replaced... the engine will run..needs clutch work...interior is
o.k....I can purchase this car for $200...What else do I need to look for? Do you think
this car sounds too far gone?

Buy it! Without even looking at the car, I can tell you that the parts are probably worth three to five times that amount. Even if you don't decide to use this chassis as your core 914, it will make an excellent parts car.
