914 Photo Help

It's funny, I can build a 914-6 but I can't seem to upload a picture. How do I resize a photo that is 800K to make it 100K with decent resolution for this site?

Please help. I don't have Photoshop ...

You must have some kind of photo manipulation software, did your camera come with one? Or your scanner?

Many ways, but I just use Irfanview (http://www.irfanview.com) to resample/resize them to 640x480 and use a medium JPG compression. It's free.

Just bring it up in Paint and use the "stretch/skew" option (it is located under the "image" option on the top tool bar). Re-save it after you have made it smaller, then up load the smaller file when you post.
I am a computer ingorant idiot. If I can do it anyone can!

Thanks, everyone, for your input.

The pictures have been resized/posted in a new thread. Please let this one die.
