Need a mechanic

Can anyone recomend a mechanic in the Bay Area preferably in In San Francisco who knows about the 2.0 Djet. I need to get it set up properly to pass SMOG.

I hear that Rich Bontempi in Redwood City is very capable. He apparently runs a racing/porsche 914 business - can't think of the name off the top of my head...have you heard of him?

I have used a mechanic in Campbell (near san Jose) that I can refer if you are willing to come down this far. Let me know

My friend takes his car to the place you mentioned in campbell and he is very good. He also races 914 and goes by the name of Ken.

Rich Bontempi runs High Performance House on Spring St. in Redwood City. He has been around 914's a long time and is very reliable.
