front turn signal lens
I put the front turn signal lens on yesterday and there is a about 1/8" (3.175mm) gap in the center between the lens and gasket on the housing. Is there a way to correct this, I dont want to have rain pour in.

if you go up inside the wheel well, you can unscrew the fastener and adjust the assembly up or down. Maybe by adjusting that, you will be able to get a bet fit with seal. cant see why you would have a gap though. lens up side down??? I think they are symetrical but the groove needs to be on the bottom. refer to the picture

I have the light bulb at the top of the bucket, the lens with with lower half section (were its clear on euro) to the bottom, gasket installed. Ihave the bucket out of the car with lens screwed down tight. gap in the middle.

Front turn signal lenses that have a summer or two of exposure contract and bow outwards. When new, they fit flatly.

I think I understand you better now. So if you are looking at the assembly from the side, that is where the gap is? I assume from the top view it looks as if it fits properly. As far as Im aware, both the lense bottom and the top of the housing are flush. You can check by putting them on a table and see if you are getting any gaps. There should not be any gaps present. How new are your seals and are they OEM? Its possible maybe the lense is warped ever so slighty.
