wheel stud question

I bought some 16 inch wheels off a 88 911 and want to ask if the studs and lug nuts need to be changed to put them on my FACTORY 914-6.

No problem using the factory alloy lug nuts if you still have the stock original length studs on your six.

You want to make sure you get 10 complete turns on the lug nuts. Steve

16 x ? Do you have flares? If you have flares, you may need spacers depending on what width wheels you have. Then you may need longer studs.

16x7's are a close fit on the rear. You will probably have to roll the lip. I have use 205/45's successfully. Nothing bigger without pulling the fenders.

I've heard that but also that some cars they fit with no problem.
I didn't get a chance today but it's going to be a nice day tomorrow and I'll put them on first thing and will see if I get lucky.
