I need information about stock original radios...I haven't been able to find any information about what came stock with the cars.

Can someone post a list of what radios were available for which years and any factory options? original speaker specs and options? Power antennas? MFR, model numbers, differences between them, werte they AM/FM only or were cassettes available...any information available is appreciated.

I do have the stock "saphire" radio from my last '74 2.0 if you are interested. I have it in a box somewhere, but I am sure I can find it if I look.

Mine came from the dealer with an am/fm 8 track tape of unknown make, rigid antenna on the driver's side front fender.

It is a '75 1.8 L if that is any help to you.

My '76 had a non-descript am/fm radio with push buttons, but I don't recall the manufacturer. I replaced it last year with a modern Blaupunkt unit and new Pioneer speakers in the stock locations.
