weber rebuild site

I just received my weber 40 idf rebuild kit, I am still waiting for my weber tech handbook to come. I would like to start rebuilding the webers tomorrow, does any one know of a site that has directions for rebuilding the IDF?

I'm doing this as we speak. You don't need no stinckin' book until you start to adjust them. Take one apart and soak it in carb dip. You can't get 2 in a gallon can at the same time anyway. Don't rmove the springs or butterflys. Take out everything that will unscrew. As you start to put the carb back together, look at the one you still have assembled if you don't know where something goes. Also, the exploded drawing in the kit give you a good map of where things go. You're gonna need some compressed air or spray parts cleaner to rinse them off. Won't hurt to turn the hose of them or put the bodies in the dishwasher with less detergent than normal.

Have fun. My hands and clothes both stink of carb cleaner. So will the house if you come inside with the parts or wearing your shop clothes.
