Carpet - Domestic or Peralon

I notice that the German Peralon carpet costs about twice as much as the other domestic types.

I'm just wondering what are the differences in the carpet.

Unless you're planning on restoring your car to museum-quality and putting it into a zip-locked bag, the domestic stuff works just fine.

Granted, if you're a stickler about paying the most for your parts (or for carpeting), than nobody's gonna know the difference ... or even care.

We make our carpets in house. I use MBZ carpet and cut it to 914 pattern. Steve
