Porsche Crest Weber accel. pump.

OK, i have gone through my hanes manual and either i am stupid (a possibility i never discount) or theres no adjustment provision for adjusting the accel pump on IDFs . Does one have to change the cam that accuates the pump?

Change the accel. pump jet size.
On DCNFs you can move the pivot point of the lever that actuates the pump, change the cam, or change the pump jet. Try pierce manifolds for parts. They're VG.

Yes, there's a jet for it. In the float bowl, as I recall. However, this almost never needs to be changed.

It's #12 in this picture. Not in the float bowl. It has two nozzles that squirt down the bores when the pump is operated. Same idea as on a DCNF.

IIRC those pump jets aren't cheap, so be sure that's your problem.
