Front end issues
 

New: Koni struts, ball joints (what a pain to put in), and tie rod ends.

My passenger side tire is wearing badly on the inside edge. Driver side tire is not showing any irrgular wear.

Woud this mean the the adjustment to correct this issue would be making adjustments on the top of the strut (those 3 allen bolts) rather than adjusting the tie-rod?

Yes and no. Could be that this could be adjusted out by a alignment or the A arm is bent from hitting a curb at some time. After installing all your bits go to a shop and have it aligned and check for bent parts.
