Engine mount and bar torque specs

I'm going to be replacing the engine mounts in my 74 2.0 this weekend. I was wondering if anyone knew the torque specs for the mounts (both ends) and the engine mount bar bolts.

Both = 3.0mkg or 22 ft/lbs
