Question on Tire/Wheel Size +2
This is not 914 related but you guys know everything:
I want to increase the wheel size on my 1988 BMW 528. Does anyone know the formula for +2? I'm switching from 14" wheels to 16" wheels. My current tire size is P195 70R14. I need to know what size 16" tire is needed to keep the same outside diameter as stock (lowering the profile to do it). The tire width can increase slightly. Any advice would be appreciated.............................Vern |
