914 to Boxster Body Kit

Hey All,
I'm a newbie and I'm thinking about re-entering the 914 market.
Does anyone know of availiblity of an affordable 914 to Boxster conversion kit? Do they even exsist? Any ideas/suggestions? Am I making a fool out of myself for even asking this (I did warn you- I'm a newbie)?
Thanks in advance,
-Han

Well, that's a new one. I've never heard of a 914 to boxster conversion kit. I think the 914 is a great car in and of itself.

By the time you were finished with the project, you'll have been able to buy a "real" Boxster.

how short on money are you? you can get a used 2.5 boxster for as low as 15k right now...

but im not a fan of bodykits...aerokits and factory flares are ok..but nothing not from the factory...why would you want to make a beautiful 914 look like something else?

Yep, and you'd be mad, quite mad really (as in insane from dealing with all the problems). Buy the Boxster if that's the look you want. Great cars.

Why would you like to modify something that is quite rare to look like something quite ordinary.

How about a Boxster to boxster kit? Even has the proper aircooled engine, hehe.

This is where I'm having my resto/6 upgrade done...
