any experience w/ headers?
After a long and fruitless search for '73-'74
heat exchangers (OEM not SS), I've begun condsidering the possibility of straight headers (specifically the Kerry Hunter(sp?) product). Anyone have any experience with these pipes? |

what do you want to know about them?.. i'm running them right now with the supertrapps.. they're loud.. they give better low-end torque, they're adjustable, and they're affordable (compared to some other full race headers). i personally think it's money well spent..
i'll try to answer if you've got specific questions Jeff |

How much are these Kerry Hunter headers and what do they look like? Do they use the stub tube? Where can you get them? What size tubing are they available in? Can you get stepped diameters?
Thanks, neil |

You can see a picture of them in Excellence or in Pano. Phone numbers: work 505-623-1581 Home 505-622-2803, mobile 505-626-7911 He only makes one size tube, I’m not sure and am not going out to the garage to measure tonight. Just call Kerry,he can fill you in on the headers. They bolt to the head studs, make sure that you have the 12-millimeter head bolts cuz a couple of them are a tight fix.
