Anyone near Farmington NM??

I just purchased a car from Farmington,NM and I'm having it shipped east. I could really use someone to give it a look-see and take some pics. Also, the owner says the door handles don't work from the outside and he just leaves the window down to get in....DOH! I somehow need to get the handle to work so they can close the window for the trip east. I have two good handles I could overnight to someone if they could bolt at least one on for me??? It's only two screws and the door panels are already off. The seller's wife is the only one around and she can't wrench

That brings back memories. When I bought my teener a couple of months ago, neither of the door handles worked. The doors were my first "repair".

Renee, I'm not at all familiar with Farmington, but I'm told it's about 4 hours north of ABQ, does that put it close to you??

farminton

Farmington is just south of Durango, on Hwy 666. Its not on the way to anywhere, except maybe Gallup or Flagstaff. Nice area, not a bad town.

From colorado springs it would be via Wolf Creek Pass.

sorry didn't mean to start new post.....
