Anyone live in DE?
I am moving to DE soon and want to know about the Vehicle registrations. Are there antique plates in DE? What about emissions? Do you guys need inspections?

I'm in Maryland and the 911 guys in De have it so much easier the those of us in Maryland. You should have no problem getting your car tagged and registered.
