making door Panels
I have made a pair of VW door panels before. I used 3M Super 90 spay contact adhisive. the panels came out great. used med density foam 1/8 base with VW logo cut out of teh foam. then layed tween grey over it. the 3m glue is great but expensive. is there a gun sprayed equivalent? better cost per volume?

There is but it is really not cost effective unless you use it all the time and a lot of it. I used to build van conversions and we bought it in 5 gallon barrels. 5 gallons is a lot of glue and once opened it needed to be used within a month or two or it started to gel up and solidify. Plus you need a different head for your spray gun and if you didnt soak it after each use, it got all gummed up as well. Not really worth the hassle if you are just doing one or two cars.
